Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Canada. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: Currently, we exclusively ship to destinations within Canada.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order ships, standard delivery within Canada typically takes an additional 5 to 7 business days.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and the name of the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, Canada Post) handling your delivery.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-Day Return Window. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 calendar days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, including the original shoe box.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Simply email our Support Team at info@jordanshop.cfd with your order number. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: No. We offer Free Returns for all orders within Canada. We will provide a prepaid return label and we do not charge any restocking fees.
Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process the refund within 1 to 2 business days. The credit typically appears back on your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Q: What if my item is defective or incorrect?
A: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@jordanshop.cfd. We will arrange a free return and provide a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
